Refund policy
There may be times when you will need to receive a refund and this policy is provided to assist with this.
If you purchase one of our products and it is:
- Faulty, or
- Damaged
You are entitled to a refund or replacement product if the fault or damage renders the product unusable.
Please email us at info@lureusin.com.au within 7 days of receiving your purchase and include:
- Your Name and/or order number
- photos of the fault or damage and a description of the issue.
Once received, our team will work quickly to assess your individual case, and if deemed faulty/damaged during postage, will issue your refund via the original payment method the product was purchased with or organise your replacement as soon as possible.
Exclusions
Please note, we do not issue refunds or replacements for:
- Minor cosmetic flaws
- Damage to terminal tackle (eg wire/hooks etc) during usage
- Change of mind
- Delivery fees and charges
