- Prize: One (1) offshore fishing charter
- Duration: 5 hours (6:00am – 11:00am)
- Location: Main Beach, Gold Coast, Queensland
- Date: Saturday, 21 February
- Prize Value: Approximately $6,000 AUD
The prize includes the fishing charter experience only. Any additional costs not explicitly stated (including but not limited to travel, accommodation, food outside the charter, or personal expenses) are the responsibility of the winner.

- Each eligible purchase made from the Promoter during the competition period equals one (1) entry into the draw.
- There is no limit to the number of entries — customers receive one entry per qualifying purchase.
- Entries are automatically recorded at the time of purchase. No additional action is required.
5. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- By entering, entrants confirm they are legally able to attend the prize event on the specified date.
6. Competition Period
- The competition opens at 19th December 2025 15:00 (AEST) and closes at 31st of Jan 12:00 (AEST).
- Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
7. Winner Selection
- The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
- The draw will take place on 31st of Jan.
- The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided at checkout within 48 hours of the draw.
8. Winner Notification & Acceptance
- The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of being contacted.
- If the winner does not respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
9. Attendance Requirement
- The winner must be available to attend the fishing charter on Saturday, 21 February, at Main Beach, Gold Coast.
- If the winner is unable to attend on this date, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be drawn.
10. Prize Transfers & Substitution
- The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond reasonable control arise.
11. Weather & Safety
- The fishing charter is subject to weather and marine safety conditions.
- If the charter is cancelled due to unsafe conditions, the prize will be rescheduled where possible, subject to availability.
- All participants must comply with the charter operator’s safety requirements and instructions.
